Her presentations are full of energy, has personal anecdotes and is very practical in applications. Esmé also flows strongly in the prophetic and loves to minister to people individually.

Esmé Schmitt Ministries wants to partner with local churches and ministries in equipping the Body of Christ with tools to raise revivalists that are spiritually mature. We are committed to advancing the Kingdom of GOD.
Here are a few requirements when you invite Esmé:
- The host is responsible for airfare and accommodations for Esmé and her assistant (if necessary). Esmé Schmitt Ministry will book the flight(s) and forward the necessary information to a contact person prior to the event.
- The host supplies volunteers to assist with all aspects of the event, like worship, prayer, ushering, resource table, etc.
- The host provides airport pick-ups and drop-offs and transports the team to the sessions.
- The host provides for the resource table in a visible, easy access location.
- Depending on the type of event, Esmé will make prior arrangements with the organised regarding payment for Esmé’s time and effort. In many cases Esmé will receive a honorarium.
For reasons beyond our control, Esmé Schmitt Ministries may be forced to cancel a speaking engagement, with advance notice. While this is rare, sometimes it is unavoidable. In these instances, ESM will work hard to minimize any financial or injurious loss of any nature to the host, should it be necessary to cancel an engagement.
