Transformerz Fire School Application

Description

The application fee is R250 per tween or teen.   Please remember the following.

1. Use the following as your reference when you make payment:  name+surname (of parent/guardian who signed up their tweens/teens for the Fire School)
2. Please email your proof of payment to admin@transformerz.org  (if proof is available)

Please pay the TOTAL amount for all the tweens and teens you signed up for the Fire School 2023.  The total amount is payable by 12pm SAST on 28 Februar y 2023.  Please use your name+surname as the reference.
